Omega 3-6-9

Omega 3-6-9 contains unsaturated fatty acids of the omega 3 and 6 group, which represent the group of EFAs (essential fatty acids). The supplement contains as many as 3 types of fatty acids from the omega-3 group, which is the most deficient in the diet of a modern man: ALA (from flaxseed oil), EPA and DHA (from fish oil) acids. These acids lower triglyceride levels, prevent ischaemic heart disease and atherosclerosis, and improve joint function, cellular sensitivity to insulin and glucose.
